Business French Lessons
- Business Lessons are for students wishing to learn, improve or master a foreign language for Business Purposes. Private Tuition, Group Lessons or Intensive Courses can be organised to help meet your goals.
- Lessons are prepared and strucutred to meet your individual needs. The tutors are experienced to help you in financial, legal, commercial, media or marketing areas.
- The tutors use a wide range of interesting and challenging material to ensure the lessons are relevant to your domain and allow you to progress.
- Lessons can take place on days and times convenient for you - at your place of work, your home or 'come to us' at locations in Central London.
- Focused
on helping your business needs the lessons can, and often do, also
include general aspects of improving your foreign language to help you

Help between All Lessons
Teacher-Led Self Study
The
best way to progress in a foreign language is to continue learning
between lessons. Little and often is the key here - 20 minutes a day is
achievable and will make a big difference.
To help you continue
to learn between lessons, ther tutor co-ordinates the best resouces and
the best materials for you to work with between lessons. Linked in with
your lessons, this work reinforces your learning and allows valuable
lesson time to concentrate on more active skills like conversation. This approach we call Teacher-Led Self Study.
Today
there is a wealth of both online and traditional resources available to
help students learn a foreign language. We work with and know our way
around the best of these resources. Whether its working with podcasts,
language immersion sites, or the best conguasion exercises and
traditional printed material, the work you will be doing between
lessons will have be chosen by the tutor to specifically meet your
needs and specifically help you progress.

Business Lessons are organised for the staff at The Searchworks who
have identified the benefit that improved language skills would give to
their roles. Before the lessons started our Senior Tutor spent time
over two days at the company to establish students exact needs and
current levels. We then used this to organise a range of groups lessons
which take place throughout the week at the companies offices.

Preparing for Business
in Mali |

Intensive Training on speaking, comprehension and specific vocabulary
A
months burst of intensive French Lessons for five colleagues who will
be spending a month in Mali, working with a client. Establishing that
there will be contacts that speak no English, the training is focusing
on the need to be able to make themselves understood and understand
some of the discussions that take place there. The lessons also
concentrate on specific accounting vocabulary for the firm and its
client's business.
